  • Contact form data: name, email, selected audit type, optional gateway context, and message content.
  • Correspondence: emails or calls you initiate.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited when essential or analytics cookies operate (see Cookies).

Purposes

We process personal data to respond to inquiries, prepare scoping proposals, deliver contracted audit services, improve site content, and meet legal obligations in Thailand.

Depending on context, we rely on your request to take steps prior to a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating a professional practice, and compliance with legal duties.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months unless an engagement begins, in which case retention follows the engagement agreement and professional record-keeping needs (often up to 7 years for working papers). Analytics data, when enabled, is kept in aggregate form per tool settings.

Sharing

We use service providers for email, hosting, and (if accepted) analytics. They process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data when required by Thai law or lawful authority.

International transfers

Our primary operations are in Thailand. If a provider stores data outside Thailand, we take reasonable contractual and technical steps appropriate to the transfer and the sensitivity of the data.

Your rights

Subject to the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) and other applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact info@apischema-hub.digital. You may lodge a complaint with the relevant Thai supervisory authority.

Security

We apply access controls, encrypted transit where appropriate, and staff confidentiality expectations. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive data through the web form.

Children

The site is aimed at business professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
