Campaign Attribution Audit
A fixed-scope rebuild of how your campaigns earn credit — from raw channel logs to dual-lens visualizations and a written model recommendation.
Who this is for
Marketing leads who already run paid search, social, email, and partner traffic — and who suspect last-click reporting is flattering the wrong channel. You need a defensible story for the next budget review, not another tool login.
What you receive
- Tracking inventory — coverage of UTMs, pixels, and offline conversion imports across the channels you name at kickoff.
- Reconciliation workbook — side-by-side comparison of ad-platform conversions against CRM or order stages for a defined window (usually 60–90 days).
- Path visualizations — annotated charts of the touch sequences that repeatedly precede qualified opportunities or sales.
- Model recommendation — a short brief arguing for last-click, position-based, time-decay, or a hybrid suited to your sales cycle length — with exclusions called out (brand search, employee traffic, etc.).
- Fix list — ranked tracking and taxonomy issues that currently warp credit.
What is excluded
Implementation inside ad accounts or CRM automation is out of scope unless separately commissioned. We do not sell media or manage campaigns. Historical rebuilds older than the agreed window require an add-on estimate.
How the work runs
Week 1 — Access review, taxonomy interview with your performance owner, and sample path extraction.
Week 2 — Reconciliation and draft visualizations; mid-point call to pressure-test surprising paths.
Week 3 — Final brief, dual-lens slides, and a walkthrough with stakeholders you invite.
Preparation we ask of you
Export access (or scheduled extracts) for ad platforms and CRM; a glossary of campaign naming; and one decision owner who can answer funnel definitions within 48 hours.
