Engagements
Audit and review work is governed by a scoping letter or engagement agreement stating scope, fees, timeline, and deliverables. In case of conflict between these website Terms and a signed engagement document, the engagement document controls for that project.
Intellectual property
Site design, copy, and materials we publish remain our property or that of our licensors. Engagement working papers and final reports are licensed to the client as stated in the scoping letter; we retain ownership of methodologies and templates.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content through forms, or scrape the site in a way that impairs service for others.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website. For paid engagements, liability caps and exclusions are set in the scoping letter. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, subject to any dispute resolution clause in a signed engagement agreement.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
